Pool Campus Recruitment Drive at Darshan Institute

After our previous visit to Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology, Rajkot for the GDG Event and Workshop in the last weekend of April, here we were ready for our next visit to this place but this time with a different motive.

11+ Participant Colleges

We headed for the first pool campus recruitment drive where more than 11 colleges had come together to get their final year students find their Internship projects and further jobs. These were the colleges from all over from Saurashtra prominently – Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science, R K University, VVP Engineering College, Aurum Institute of Technology, etc.

Welcome Note

All the students who were in the final year of their Engineering course for Computer Engineering or Information & Technology were invited for the Recruitment Drive. It started with a Welcome Note from Paresh Mayani, who also gave the students and faculties, an insight into the LetsNurture’s services and operations.

After some briefing on the selection procedure and resolving the queries of the students, we started the first round. More than 350 students appeared in the first round, where they were given an online test judging skills in their Aptitude, English Communication and General Knowledge.

Personal Interview Round

Around 90 students were given a go through in the second round which consisted of Personal Interviews comprising Technical & HR. There were three technical interview panels consisting Chintan Soni – Pratik Patel, Ankit Sompura – Ankit Solanki and Paresh Mayani – Ravi Kadia. All those who cleared the technical rounds had to face Pratik Bhansali for the HR round.

25+ Shortlisted

On the basis of marks given on various criterions and discussions among the panelists, around 30 students were shortlisted for the final round of interview, to be held later at LetsNurture’s headquarters. They will be initially working as interns and later based on their performance and abilities, will be offered a full time employment.

We are grateful for the amazing hospitality and infrastructural support by Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology during the process of the recruitment drive. We are happy that we will soon be having some young nurturers to our team.
