VIEWSToday I was just searching about LetsNurture’s indexed pages on Google as we have now integrated it in WordPress Web Design. And I found that search tools disappeared from left side. I was logged in to Google Plus so I thought it might be personalized change ( As I used to play with search tools a lot) . So tried to look in another browser and then realized that search tools are now shifted in header. I have no idea if it is implemented a way before and we have just noticed now.
Google UI changeWe know that Google keeps on experimenting UI design. Sometimes it readjusts to the original. I personally feel Webmaster had become so used about left sidebar it will take day or two to adapt this new UI design. Let’s See finger crossed.
Sidebar vs Header UX
Google search UIWill it give some more space to put adverts on left side? Or is their any new product coming in in Left sidebar. Another thing I can think right away is that because of knowledge graph in right side. Google might think to shift 3-column layout where left column will be full of paid adverts, center one will be same organic results and right side other Google products related to search queries.
