Twitter Invests $10 Million for Tweet Analysis through MIT Media Lab

Twitter is on a roll to invest $10 million for next five years to analyze every tweet tweeted since 2006. Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Media Lab scientists will be responsible to analyze all the messages till date. Twitter will provide real-time access to analyze every single tweet. With this, the researchers will develop new communication tools to sort out all the social problems and also for social media marketing services. Now, that Twitter has announced a phenomenal amount of finance to MIT Media Lab, the experts at the lab said that, “We are planning to build data visualizations, mobile applications to create new forums of social organization and public communication.”
