VIEWSiOS and Android App for IoT Startup is a reliable and easy way to monitor their blood pressure and glucose level at home. Mobile App development for this IoT startup made life a lot easier for both the patients and their healthcare professionals. The App keeps blood pressure and glucose history in easy-to-understand graphs and filters. It makes sense of disjointed data so users can start to play an active role in their own healthcare. The App compiles the data into reports, which they can print and bring to doctor’s appointments.
Client hired Let’s Nurture to handle iOS and Android App development for their health product. They were in need of an easy-to-use, Bluetooth enabled app with a good user UI/UX.
Implementing the bluetooth protocol in iOS and Android App was not an easy task for Let’s Nurture. And connecting mobile phone with the BLE devices was even harder. Because all data was in encrypted form, the response was completely different from BLE devices when connected to the mobile phones.
The client found us on the search engine itself. They were in need of the company who was having experience in making mobile apps for Bluetooth products. And, since we had catered many clients for BLE app development, client decided to go with us.
Client took one face-to-face meeting, 10 skype calls and it took one month to put down all deliverables on paper. Following this, our Business analyst team took one and half month for design, wireframes and changes. To build out the connection to the devices via Bluetooth also took another month. Once the connection was stable and all data was being received, it took 2–3 weeks to get the first builds for testing. We spent another month doing 3–4 rounds of changes and testing and finally went live in mid-December.
We got 5 star review from the client on Clutch that was categorized by quality, schedule, cost and willing to prefer. During an interview by Clutch, client reviewed:
The project was big but they managed to finish within six months. The initial response has been very good.
We had daily interaction on Skype. We also used Basecamp for major updates one or two times a week.
What’s most impressive is their Bluetooth experience and speed.
