Facebook, leading social media platform, which has almost 600 million monthly active users on its Messenger announced some amazing features at its F8 Developer Conference. The day flurried with many announcements in which the giant included everything for a developer. Here’s what Facebook announced at F8 Developer Conference:


Messenger Gets More Personalized

The new Messenger Platform announced by Facebook will allow the developers to add the messenger’s features into another application. By this, the developers will be now able to build some amazing applications.


Order the Product Online through Messenger

There’s no doubt that messenger is getting better with its every update. For online shopping, you might have to refer several websites but now the Facebook Messenger has everything for you to shop online. Right from placing the order to changing the shipping details, everything can be done in the Messenger itself.


Facebook Will Support 360 Degree Videos

The first step from Facebook is to provide 360 degree videos in its feed. You can also wear your VR headset to view them at a better angle. Or just move the mouse cursor all around the screen and you can see each and every corner of the place shown in the video.


Facebook Video Embedding

You might have embedded several videos from YouTube to your website, but that was not the case with Facebook before. But now it will be Facebook will be supported by an extra option of ‘Embed Video’ to directly add the Facebook’s video on other websites.


Facebook’s New Mobile App Analytics Tool

With the help of this tool, now the developers can easily track the users’ behaviour in the app, clicks on the advertisement and can change the advertisement campaign accordingly. This is surely going to make a big difference in the app marketing tactics.


SDKs for Internet of Things (IoT)
